Choosing Nicotine Strength

If you're new to vaping, you're probably wondering what nicotine strength to get. This is a difficult question to answer because different people react differently to nicotine levels. It is possible that someone who was a heavy smoker will not like the higher levels of nicotine and conversely, sometimes light smokers need higher levels to satisfy their cravings.

So, really, the nicotine level needed is not cut and dry, but we have come up with a basic guideline below. Keep in mind this is just a guideline. We normally recommend if people don’t know which strength they need to try a couple of different strengths to see what they prefer.

The number associated with the strength is the amount of nicotine per milliliter. For example, if  you have an 18mg cartomizer, there is one milliliter of liquid in the cartomizer and the whole cartomizer would contain approximately 18mg of nicotine.

0 mg (nicotine-free) is recommended to users who do not want any nicotine or have reduced their nicotine level down but still want to experience the hand-to-mouth simulation while enjoying the flavors.

4 mg is recommended to users who smoke "ultra light" cigarettes and consume less than a half a pack per day.

8 mg is recommended to users who smoke "ultra light" cigarettes and consume half a pack per day or more.

11 mg is recommended to users who smoke "ultra light" cigarettes and consume less than one pack per day, or users who smoke "light" cigarettes and consume a half pack per day.

18 mg  is recommended for users who smoke "light" cigarettes and consume more than a half a pack per day.

24 mg is recommended for users who smoke "full flavor" cigarettes and consume up to a pack to a pack and half per day.

36 mg is recommended for users who smoke multiple packs of "full flavor" cigarettes per day.
