Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can and cannot say as an AFFILIATE of VAPOR4LIFE?

A: Yes.  Restrictions are spelled out in your Affiliate Agreement, and in the Terms and Conditions Agreement. Common mistakes are making false claims of what the products can or cannot do. Please refer to your agreements for full details. In summary, we position our products as "smoking alternatives." We do not and cannot make claims the products help people quit smoking, or cure any diseases, or the product is healthier than smoking.

Q. Can I promote my Affiliate account to anyone?

A: Yes. You must be considered an Adult under the laws of where you live. Usually, this means over 18 years of age, however, in some states, like Oregon, you must be over 19 years of age.  We strongly encourage our Affiliates to promote to appropriate audiences.  VAPOR4LIFE policies are detailed in your Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Q: Can I use the Vapor4Life logo or trademarks?

A: Yes, you can! There are guidelines on their proper use and this is part of your agreement as noted in the Affiliate Agreement and Terms and Conditions Agreement. Upon your request, VAPOR4LIFE will provide stock banners, logos, and text for you, along with the proper guidelines on how to use the VAPOR4LIFE trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, and other intellectual property. We do appreciate creativeness, and if our Affiliates have a creative design they would like to suggest, we do require sending us the design for approval, VAPOR4LIFE must approve any use of our trademarks, copyrighted material, design patents, and other intellectual property.

Q: Can I receive commissions on my own orders?

A: No. An Affiliate cannot make a referral sale to itself. No order whether as an employee promotion, or as employee benefit, or for making a commission shall qualify for a commission.

Q: How are commissions to be paid?

A: Commissions are payable on the 15th day of the month following the month the commissions are earned.  Affiliates must have accrued at least $250.00 in commissions in order to receive a check for the commissions earned.  The amount of commission is rolled over each month until the $250 threshold is met.

Q: Are there any sites where I cannot promote my affiliate account?

A: Yes. VAPOR4LIFE cannot and shall not be promoted on any site containing any content considered threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or harmful to anyone having a predisposition for allergy or illness to the products, such as pregnant woman, or those having allegories to the smoking alternatives. The sites should not contain any nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit materials.

Q: Are there any sites OR TECHNOLOGY AN AFFILIATE cannot USE TO EITHER promote THEIR affiliate account OR GATHER INFORMATION?

A: VAPOR4LIFE cannot and shall not be promoted or used on sites containing or utilizing: Any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or other computer programming routines causing damage, detrimentally interfering with, or surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information or private information otherwise not available publically available or willingly provided by the end user.
