This week I am heading to California for another flow arts festival called Fire Drums. As I packed and started to assemble my vape kit I began to wonder what the rules were for e-cigs on planes. A quick search on the TSA website showed nothing as far as restrictions go, so I did a search and found a few news articles.
CASAA stands for Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association. The non-profit group was formed in 2009 by consumers and industry professionals to work together to educate the public about alternatives to smoking. Their goal is to publicize research and support harm reduction technologies, as well as offer and support political and legal causes that preserve consumer freedom.

Like many people I am on a tight budget. My husband had open heart surgery and I had two major surgeries this past year that put us in a mess of medical debt. I worried how I would get through it, pay my bills, take care of my kids and keep vaping. The stress alone was enough to make me want to light up, but I didn’t! Vaping is cheaper than smoking if you do it right.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve become a person of habit. I like to know what the day will bring. I have several rituals. For example, first thing in the morning, I get my coffee, grab my laptop, prop up all my pillows into a fluffy pile at the head of my bed and settle in and get comfy. Then, I turn on my computer.
