My trip to Chicago & V4L headquarters

Ted Aliotta Band playing “Lake Shore Drive”

Before anything else, I want to thank V4L and Smilin sir for everything. I had a fantastic time, and was made to feel at home the entire time I was there.  I will not forget the Chinese New Year party, and wonder how many people actually remember it.

There were a lot of new faces this time around compared to last year, and while I do miss members of the old crew, I can say I truly enjoyed being around the people in place now. The one thing that stays constant in this world is nothing stays the same. With new people in place comes new goals for V4L, ones they were already working to achieve. From pickers to upper management everyone was doing their part. It still amazes me seeing up close just how many orders come in every day (especially from Australia).

I spent most of my time in the office with three people, two of whom those following this blog should know very well (Ms. Audrey and Brandon sir). What you all might not know is all the work they do behind the scenes besides running Facebook, Twitter, and being on the forums. Not to mention just what great people they are outside those outlets!

It wasn’t all fun and games though, I did a lot of work while out there as well. I had the privilege to try and test a few of the upcoming releases from V4L. One of which is now available, the auto Dial-A-Volt. This is the only automatic variable voltage device on the market. With its release once again V4L shows it’s commitment as a company to continue to innovate. 2013 looks to be a very exciting year for V4L, which is good news for us vapers.

  1. I switched to vaping because I just had a new baby and did not want him to be around my second hand smoke. I also got a new car and didnt want it smelling like an ashtray and my daughter is a teen now and I really dont want her to start smoking! Thank you
