This has been one of the hardest blogs to write. Even now almost two weeks later it’s still hard to put into words how great of an experience VaperCon was. It had almost nothing to do with the items being sold (I only bought one item while I was there – a very limited run mod), but with the people themselves. Today is America Recycles Day. It is the only nationally recognized day dedicated to promoting and celebrating recycling. Events take place every year on or around November 15 across the U.S. As a program of Keep America Beautiful, the goal is to get people recycling 365 days a year.
Happy November! Autumn has officially arrived in the Midwest. November is my favorite month for a few reasons. First, I absolutely love fall, for the leaves changing colors, the crisp air, and cozy sweaters. Secondly, it’s my birthday month. November’s birthstone is topaz, which for all you non-artists – that means yellow. What does yellow have to do with electronic cigarettes? Well here at Vapor4Life we have nearly every color under the (yellow) sun! (Sorry, couldn’t resist.)
The Great American Smokeout was created on November 18, 1976 by the California Division of the American Cancer Society. It takes place on the third Thursday of November. This year is our third hosting a free “trade-a-pack” event in our Smokeless Lounge. On Thursday, November 21, smokers are welcome to trade their pack of smokes for an ecigarette kit any time between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The kit includes a Vapor King battery, a cartomizer, and a USB Charger. Our Lounge will be open for one extra hour to accommodate those who can’t come until after work.

Not because I didn’t have great gear to start with, I just wasn’t using any of it for my needs.
Are you allowed to vape at work? If you can, good for you! That’s great that your employer is smart enough to realize that he/she’s saving time and money by allowing you to use your ecig. If you’re not as fortunate, I hope that you’ll be able to change your employer’s mind after giving him/her some info.
Do you prefer sweet or sour when it comes to your food? Are your taste buds the same for your preference in juice? I don’t know if you noticed, but October is all about flavors. Last Friday was Sweetest Day, yesterday was Food Day and today is Sour Day. We’re celebrating with a photo contest. The top 5 pics win a $75 gift certificate to buy a sweet or sour e-juice to match their favorite food. Here’s how it works:
