Finding the Perfect Vape: Vaping Tips from BHam

What’s up vapers?! BHam is back with some tips to help you find the perfect vape you’ve been looking for. I’ve been vaping for over two years now (and feel damn good about it too), but it hasn’t always been the smoothest of sailing. Not because I didn’t  have great gear to start with, I just wasn’t using any of it for my needs.

No smoke breaks, only Grand Theft Auto

It was 11:45 PM and was freezing. “What the hell am I doing out this late?” I asked myself. Oh yeah! The biggest gaming release of the year was last night! Finally, my wait was over for Grand Theft Auto V. But the wait last night was much longer than expected. Apparently, some other people heard of the biggest game of this century, and I was one of 400 people at my local GameStop. Great.

Cooler Talk: E-Cig Edition

As a vaper, I’ve been approached by many people who come from both sides of the “e-cig spectrum.” You know, the “naysayers” who think this is a fad or on the opposite end, people who praise me for making the switch. Some people just genuinely want to know what e-cigs are really all about. Well, I’m here to tell you MY version of what I say to anyone who asks me about my vape.

Vaping at the Taste of Lincoln Avenue

A couple weeks ago, a few of us from the Vapor4Life team went to a local event in the city of Chicago called the “Taste of Lincoln Avenue” in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. This festival is huge and has been around for over 20 years so this was a big step for our three-year old company. It was a two-day event and both days were memorable.

Introducing my brother to ecigs

This is a guest post written by LadyStrick9, from Chesapeake, VA who often refers to herself as a “vapaholic”.

A few months ago my brother moved from Arizona to Virginia. He had gone through some major changes in his life and wanted his family close by. Part of me dreaded his moving because he was a smoker. I knew it would be difficult for me to be around someone who chain smoked. The last time he and I were together we both smoked heavily. We made plans and he arrived about three months ago.

Public Vaping

I am not a “full-time” vaper. I usually puff on an e-cigarette just a couple of times throughout the week. Because I am not addicted to nicotine, and don’t want to ever go back on that route, I use e-cigarette cartomizers that don’t have any nicotine in them (0mg).

Musings from the Vaping Short Bus – Part 2

This is a guest post written by Joyce B., an emergency management professional who has been enjoying Vapor4Life products for just over a year.

Aurora

Let me say I generally despise proprietary anything.  That is why I own iNothing.  In spite of that, and in spite of the horrendous directions, I fell in love with this e-cig as soon as I saw it.  I was easily able to figure out how to assemble it, how to fill the tank, and get it working straight out of the box.  From the reed instrument-like design to the lack of an end “ash”, I found this unit to be sleek and sexy.  It is designed for stealth.

technical reviews because I don’t have that skill. I don’t know an amp from a mah or an ohm. People in the know tell me what they are and what they do, and go on about resistance and load and I nod and smile, my mind wandering. Actually, it’s not quite that bad, but I just have difficulty retaining what I have learned past the actual conversation at hand. Fortunately, I have knowledgeable friends that are very tolerant of my mental block. I have great respect for those with that talent, and am everlastingly grateful to them for their help. Tales of a Closet Vaper

This is a guest post written by Joyce B., an emergency management professional who has been enjoying Vapor4Life products for just over a year.

I was always a closet smoker. I never smoked in front of my parents, my children, or most of my family. Some think that’s silly and I have to admit, I do too. Since I’ve been vaping, I’ve been more acutely aware of how much cigarette smoke leaves behind, long after the smoker is finished. However, I was always one to carefully air out, and I have had nonsmoking friends tell me that they have never smelled cigarette smoke on me. Nonetheless, I’m sure the telltale remnants were there. It was just not a topic I wanted up for debate, hence, the concealment.
