We recently held our very first customer appreciation party at our Smokeless Lounge here in Northbrook, IL. We invited customers from the area to hang out, eat some food and meet other vapers. Continue reading
Last Friday our Smokeless Lounge had the pleasure of welcoming an international customer. Jacques was in the US from Canberra, Australia for a business conference. Before leaving for home he decided it just wouldn’t be right for him to visit the US without making a stop at Vapor4Life. This was actually his second time to visit us. He came earlier in the year and Skyped his wife from our Lounge, so she could have a look at the Lounge herself.

I have been a loyal Vapor4Life customer for 3 years this July. It’s hard to believe that I have been smoke free for 3 years. I started smoking when I was 12 years old and smoked for more than 30 years. I honestly never thought I would ever quit. Making the switch to ecigarettes made it almost effortless. It didn’t happen overnight, but it was a quick and painless transition for me. It was easy!
We are hosting a free event complete with lunch, prizes, and e-cigarette product experts on hand to answer questions. Electronic cigarette starter kits will be available at a special price during the cookout.

I recently got the pleasure to visit Vapor4Life outside Chicago for a few days. Anyone from the forums know who Mark, Chad, Wader, Mariano, Smilin sirs, and Ms. Audrey are, but few realize all the other people who work their tails off to provide us the customer service level we have come to know and love. They are the unsung behind-the-scenes folks who stock the supplies, pack the orders, and take care of all the customer service needs people have every day. These are the people who make sure what we order is packed and sent quickly, stocked correctly, and do the grunt work so many of us take for granted.
