Chain-Smoking to Chain-Vaping?

http://bit.ly/NHmm5f

Are you a chain-smoker, or did you used to be? Steve Milin, the CEO of Vapor4Life used to smoke up to five packs of cigarettes in a single day! The only way possible to go through that many was to chain smoke all day long. Now that he uses e-cigarettes as a smoking alternative Steve is the classic example of a chain-vaper.

From Smoke to Vapor (Part 2 of 2)

This is a guest post by Rantz, who writes surrounded by a cloud of vapor.

By the summer of 2010 I’d had enough of smoking. It was a long time coming, built up over the decades, without a single event that pushed me over the edge. Instead it was a thousand little annoyances that ate away day after day, like nibbling ducks, culminating in my serious consideration of giving up the 30-year vice that had become such an integral part of my identity.

Introducing my brother to ecigs

This is a guest post written by LadyStrick9, from Chesapeake, VA who often refers to herself as a “vapaholic”.

A few months ago my brother moved from Arizona to Virginia. He had gone through some major changes in his life and wanted his family close by. Part of me dreaded his moving because he was a smoker. I knew it would be difficult for me to be around someone who chain smoked. The last time he and I were together we both smoked heavily. We made plans and he arrived about three months ago.

Techies vs Old School in the ECig World

This is a guest post written by Morandir835, an e-cig enthusiast, admin on the Vapor4Life forum, and a regular on their ECF sub forum.

In my experiences I have noticed that there are two types of people drawn most to ecigs. The heavy smokers who have looked for an alternative for years, and smokers from the digital age that are attracted by technology.

Member Spotlight…”MissEmma”

This is a guest post written by LadyStrick9, from Chesapeake, VA who often refers to herself as a ʺvapaholicʺ.

What’s in a name?

The Vapor4Life Forum has hundreds of members and today I’m going to introduce “MissEmma”. When I learned she is from West Virginia I instinctively pictured a sweet, southern woman living in a small town, that everyone knew by her homemade apple pie or strawberry preserves. I decided that MissEmma must be similar to one of the female characters on Mayberry and was most likely called “Aunt Emma” or “Miss Emma” in real life.

Smoking on the Front Porch

This is a guest post written by LadyStrick9, from Chesapeake, VA who often refers to herself as a “vapaholic”.

Remember Sunday mornings when your kids were little? Years ago, I would sit on my front porch on Sunday mornings, watching my kids running, playing and laughing in my front yard. I love the sound of children’s laughter.

World Vaping Day

This is a guest post written by Keyzygirl from Key West, Florida. Laid back and vaping in paradise.

It’s amazing how far we have come as vapers. Just a few short years ago nobody knew what an electronic cigarette was. Now when you vape in public, people come up and ask about ecigs, and they have heard about them or seen them on TV. Ecigs are becoming acceptable to the public.

Some Insight on the People at Vapor4Life (Part 1 of 2)

This is a guest post written by Morandir835, an e-cig enthusiast, admin on the Vapor4Life forum, and a regular on their ECF sub forum.

On the old website there was a very special page that had some background on the founder of V4L, Steve Milin sir (better known as Smilin sir to everyone). It was one of the key factors outside the ECF forum that drew me to V4L first. I figured what better for a blog than a remake of that, only to expand it beyond just one person, but with some info on the men and women behind V4L.
