Taste Is Subjective

Premium Banana Juice

This is a guest post written by Morandir835, an e-cig enthusiast, admin on the Vapor4Life forum, and a regular on their ECF sub forum.

Since the release of the dual coil tanks I’ve been doing a lot of testing on the wattage limits of each juice. Finally finished the Premium line, and after going through 81 flavors, the often repeated statement of “taste is subjective” was truly driven home. There are certain flavors that I’d never gotten around to trying before, ones people raved about, others people couldn’t stand. Here are a few of the highlights.

Premium Banana
I’m not a big fan of bananas, so I never really wanted to try this flavor, but I did. I had always heard this didn’t taste like banana at all, that there was an underlying sweetness to it or perfume taste. To me, it tasted just like a banana. I wasn’t a fan because of that, but again taste is subjective.

Premium Turtle
I know a few who love this juice and swear by it. They can have all they want. I don’t taste peanuts at all, but more of a macadamia nut. The chocolate in it is far more bitter than the candy counterparts is to me.

Premium 555
WOW 555 is one of the more beloved flavors. People often overlook the Premium version because WOW 555 is so popular. I am not the biggest fan of the WOW version, but the subtleties of the nut undertone in the Premium version makes it more enjoyable to me.

The whole point is to take every flavor review with a grain of salt. You might taste something very similar to that of the reviewer, or you could taste something completely different. And depending on your tastes, you may not like it even if it does match up perfectly to what the reviewer wrote.

When it comes to ecig hardware and juice there truly is no definitive answer on what the best is. It all comes down to what’s best for the individual and his/her preferences. That is just something to keep in mind. Have you tried Premium Banana, Turtle, or 555? Do you like them?

  1. Good information M’dir. I am not a fan of any of the flavors you reviewed and I know it is crazy how we all taste things differently. However, I like having someone chart the waters before I venture in. Thanks for your input!

  2. I’ve actually noticed this a lot through the forum posts as well as my initial thoughts of a certain flavor. Though I am new, I now have a couple of different flavors under my belt, and a lot of what I have noticed in them others don’t like. That is a VERY TRUE statement…”taste is subjective”.
