I concur with billg about his thread on switching to UPS or FedEx. I've been happy as a clam with Vapor4Life products and my friend and I have made several orders with no problems ourselves. I've been promoting e-cigs and especially Vapor4Life because it's high quality stuff and you guys have great customer service. However, I recently convinced another friend to order during the April 20% off sale and he ordered a starter kit, bottle of juice, and an extra pack of cartos. He waited almost 5 days (in my experience it's been ~3 days at best, and we're on the west coast, which isn't bad at all) and when he received his package, it was torn open, smashed, and missing one of the two batteries, the juice, and 2 out of 3 packs of cartos. This almost completely turned him off to the whole thing before he even had the opportunity to give it a chance. I realize this has nothing to do with Vapor4Life, I imagine that when they sent it it was in perfect condition. Obviously, I am having him call CS tomorrow during business hours but even if Vapor4Life is nice enough to replace the lost parts, they take the hit for something that's completely not their fault, and still at risk for it happening again. I was just curious as to how many others have had similar experience with USPS?
