Question on Battery Return
So, I have a battery that it is difficult to get going as the button is kind of 'loose' or 'gummy' feeling. (sorry I can't think of another way to describe the way the button feels.) it doesn't always engage with normal pressing. Also, the battery seems to discharge much faster than my other batteries with less power output.
Is this a condition in which I can get it replaced under warranty?
I just don't want to send it back and have them determine its ok.. because it does work... it just does not work well.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
