P.S. i've been doing major business programming on midrange systems for over 17 years so I know a bit as well...if people only knew exactly how much they do that could be automated they'd be totally P.O.ed about all of the daily grind busy work they deal with...
Usually this involves replacing some horribly inefficient and poorly-designed system involving excel spreadsheets, macros, visual basic, and access. *sigh*
