Once a month there will be a veteran contest here (like the one that ended today), giving you all the option for what the next contest will be. Any comments are appreciated.

And now for the explanation of each contest-

Random story- We've had two of these threads thus far, only no prizes were given. Will either go by post that gets most likes (only time that button has come in handy), or by a random post number.

Word association- Again something we're all familiar with. Winner will be decided by either likes or random post number.

Movie quotes- Have done these many times on the ECF forum. To prevent google cheating some quotes will be from multiple movies, you have to guess the right one.

Music Quotes- Lyric contest, just as with the movies use covers to prevent google cheating.

I am not good at any of these, but I love it when a contest is going on.... especially if the winner is picked by random just for participating. (Hint..... I am not good at this stuff ~ only thing I could ever win at was BINGO).

I love the idea of a contest going on as it brings excitment and people! So that said let the games (whatever they are) begin

I love movie quotes...but I'm not that "current" with the latest movies. I like the "random" stuff to mystic. Games that don't require "skill" but can be won by "chance"....cause God knows I really don't have many "skills"! LOL

I like both the movie quotes and music, but keep in mind that many of us here are not as young as others and may not have a clue about anything after 1985 LOL. So try not to keep things TOO obscure. I'm not particularly good a skill stuff and to be honest...I don't like the random, chance things, espeically if you have to do that every 3 minutes stuff. It's annoying.
