I'm posting this to see if anybody actually cares, so be sure to be vocal about NOT caring too This thread is an offshoot of my wishing there were many more color choices to enhance the Titan line. I may be pushing a chain up a hill anyway, because I recall threads about LED choices no longer being made available in dropdown boxes and Vapor4Life saying it would not be happening, as opposed to could not be made to work... and that color requests needed to be by phone... So I'm thinking they're not too excited about the whole subject. But I'd like to make my pitch anyway.
The Titans are so technically respected, unique, versatile and gorgeous, but they seem to be somewhat unsupported in terms of developing a total killer look. The colors are sophisticated. Even when you've got the whole setup nicely coordinated, you press the button to activate and you get --- primary colors!!! Yuch. Colors like you see on computers and office machinery and dollar store gadgets. It's like wearing a chiffon gown with boots!
For example, I have a red Titan with red LED -ugh -
and a red one with white - nice.
a sapphire with blue -- ugh --
a gray with red --- ugh
a lavender w/pink - nice
an olive with blue - ugh
a blue with red - better than it sounds
Seven of the eleven Titan colors come only with red, white or blue LED's. Four of them substitute a pink, purple or (bright) green.
I think LED light is sort of based upon red blue and green technology, but it seems to me many shades are possible with not much significant cost increase. Colors like apricot, coral, soft aqua, apple green, yellow, perhaps a dark red?, amythyst, etc. would be of great help, especially to the blatant stepchildren: sapphire, cigar, gray, and olive.
I've seen other web sites where e-cigs were being targeted to a mostly women's market, but none of their fare compares well with the Titans.
It seems like there's potentially a great market out here for an e-cig with a smashing look. I'd hate to see Vapor4Life miss the boat, when they've already paid for the ticket and have one foot on board...
