Me and my Hubs made beef stew in the crock pot. :rolleyes:
Crackers,Cheese and Cold Beer:beers:
Dfh 90 marinate-
6oz of beer per steak
Add liberal amount of season salt
Nice bit of ground pepper
Pinch of cumin
Dash of sugar for balance
I thought it would be fun to keep this one going... so I'm bringing it back :)
I'm currently cooking Cuban Style Black Beans and Rice.
Then I will start on some fried tofu that I've been marinating all day.
Lunch tomorrow will be yummy!!
Harmony...what do you use for marinade?
I just used vegetable broth, soy sauce and a few garlic cloves.

Tomorrow I am making Bami Goreng, an Indonesian dish from Holland that my Norweigan friend introduced me to. Doesn't that sound so multi-cultural? Haha!
But tonight, dinner with my guy at McCormick and Schmick's for their Valentine's Day Prix Fix menu and lots of wine!
