I bought 65 x 1.5 ohm DC tank cartos in a 2 month period ( (yes that's right, lots of sales ) and was finding a lot were not working correctly. They were either not firing at all or very intermittently. I threw away 4 in one day, which is ridiculous waste. I started checking them by using the atomiser checking feature on a VV device. The ones that weren't working read 1.3 ohm or error.
I'm lazy. When I get new cartos I take them out of their wrappers and toss them on the top of my carto box, so I never know whether it is a whole box of duds, one per pack or whatever. When I realised how many duds I was getting, I took a heap off the top of the box to make sure I was getting at the older cartos. Guess what? That's right, no more duds. Confirms to me that there is a problem with more recent ones.
I put in a support ticket to Vapor4Life about this, basically telling them this was not good for their reputation. The CS person said they were not aware of any problem (and have offered to replace the duds - nice of them but not what I was after). If there is a general problem with the most recent batch of these cartos, I think they should be removed from sale or sold at a reduced price with a warning that some may not work.
So is it just me having issues with these cartos or is this a widespread problem?
