Hi...I'm new to Vapor4Life, and had only previously tried Blu disposables before researching and finding Vapor4Life. I have been a smoker for 40yrs. and prefer parliament lights. I ordered 2 value kits, one for my mother who has smoked for 60yrs. and one for myself. I wasn't sure what cartridges to order so I went with 18mg. Wowbacco and 24mg. Cowboy. After charging our batteries and putting on cartridges we both were unable to get any real vapor. I tried switching cartridges....no better. Went to hardware video and adjusted posts, still no better. I called Kristy and she is sending me new (better) batteries (free of charge) to see if that is the problem. What a sweetheart she is. Truly wonderful at her job. As I sit here tonight, I'm wondering what could be wrong and how can I tell if maybe the cartridges are dry. I also would appreciate if someone could tell me what cartridge most resembles parliaments or marlboro lights. Help, so many questions, so little knowledge. Thank you:question:
Welcome seadancer13, My son likes the Wowbacco. It makes a lot of vapor. I'm sorry you are having battery problems. You will have to report back when you get your new batteries. As far as the cartos being dry - When you take out the white rubber seal and look at the fiber filling does it look wet or gray-ish? I just looked at one of my son's Wowbacco cartos and that is what it looked like. It looked wet and gray-ish like. What kind of batteries did you get in your value kit? Manual? Auto? Shorty? xl?

Hi Seadancer and welcome to our Forum. I am fairly new, but I wanted to tell you that I smoked for 40 years as well. It's been a few weeks and I rarely even crave an anolog. The only things I can usually add in this Forum to help new peoples, is to relate the mistakes I've made. LOL
When I got my first batteries, the first thing I did was put the cartomizer (what you refer to as "cartridge", no worries...you'll learn the lingo soon enough) on the battery and CRANK it down nice and tight. LOL Well, all I was doing was pushing the post further down into the battery. But, seeing as how you've adjust it and that hasn't helped, I can only suggest that while you are waiting for your replacement batteries to arrive you watch the videos and read the reviews in the Hardware section of this Forum. I learned more information about how to avoid damaging my supplies and properly take care of them, than anywhere else.
Here's the link if you you're interested. Hope that helps some ;) and good luck!
let us know how the new batteries work for you :)
I'm sure you've tried probably everything, but just a suggestion. Are you taking short puffs or long draws? Autos sometimes need a couple of "primer" puffs to warm up the atomizer and then take slow (not too slow) long draws on it to get the most vapor. Also, if you want more vapor faster I highly recommend the passthrough! I love them!!
Good luck! They are amazing once you get the right gear and the hang of it! Hang in there!
Sometimes it takes a few puffs to get the cartos going.Try taking long easy drags.Inhale into your mouth and then into your lungs in 2 steps. Just suggestions, trying to help. :)
:hello: Wow, what a wonderful group of people on here. Thank you all for taking the time to respond to "all" my queries. This morning I tried again, raised the posts and it worked much better. I'm just experiencing inconsistencies.....sometimes it's smooth, and vaporous, and sometimes it makes me cough and there's very little vapor. I'm going to keep working on it. I do know one thing, when it works, I absolutely Love it! I just hope this is the solution for me to get off of those dirty ciggies! By the way, I am a Ms. and and I really appreciate all the information given to me.....Thanks again. :)
