Thanks snowdragon for the tank fix info. Was able to fix one of my 3.5 tanks by turning it upside down but not my other one that was also clogged. Tried paperclip method on the second bad tank but could not get it past a centimeter, wouldn't go any further. Finally just pushed harder and ended up pushing a coil to top of the carto where drip tip goes. Put a fresh carto in the old tank and it works great so far. Think I was taking draws that were too hard. Glad u vets are here on the forum!!

Ok, so here is the deal, take a clean finish nail or thumb tack and shove it into the dropper hole of your bottle to open it up a little more. Now we know that 1 ml equals 25 drops, so 5 ml tank = 125 drops. And yes, you always want to apply the drops on the inside of the tank housing and avoid flooding the air wick tube.
But who has time to count out 125 drops? So what I do is tilt the tank and literally squirt juice along the inside of the tank housing wall while turning the tank. After each lap I wait a few seconds to let the juice absorb in. I do this around 8-10 times until the polyfill is saturated. You can monitor it buy looking down the air tube as you do this to check for flooding.
These tanks literally last for months, if you have been vaping one all day long just make sure at one point during the day to top it off. When you finally do need replacements tanks, if Vapor4Life isn't selling them, get 510-808 adapter, the 510 Versions come in Black, Stainless and Clear. As well, you may want to look into the 2x Mega Cartos/tanks which hold 2.5 mls of juice....I use these as well and they are pretty cool.
Hope this helped....
