I don't know if this is her reason, but nicotine is a stimulant. Some people have a hard time sleeping after ingesting it.
I am mostly at 11-12 mg right now. Tho I do have some juices at 18 and some at 8.
I wrecked myself a few nights recently with vaping too much nic. Mind racing, couldn't sleep at all. Made for a rough day to follow. As Sasha said, too much stimulent. I am still learning my levels. Strange to think though because I would always smoke analogs up until bed and even have one in the middle of the night sometimes. I feel the other crap in analogs especially C02 would perhaps knock me out in those instances.
It's late now and my PT is getting all the flavor possible from 0mg Wowboy. "Charlie Chan at the Opera" is what has kept me up... "THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
Btw that character hates tobacco smoke lol
I use 18mg and 24mg randomly throughout the day. Although I am considering getting some 36mg for those days when 24mg just isn't cutting it!
I used to use analogs to help keep me awake while driving. I drove a lot and got tired frequently. That was before I knew nicotine was a stimulant, just knew that it worked! After starting to vape I did realize that if I laid in bed vaping I found it harder to fall asleep. Now I just stop vaping when I'm ready to go to bed.

For me no matter what the flavor is I usually get 18mg.
I only vape 4mg. Very low, compared to most folks. After about 2-3 months of vaping I tried to go to 0mg but it didn't satisfy me. My need is more the hand to mouth & inhaling rather than the chemical addiction. I vape a lot (approx 10ml per day ) , so 4mg is all I need.
Yes, that's right: in Australia, vapour has a 'u' in it, centre ends in re and atomiser is spelt with an S not Z. .Your Truth is not my Truth. Your Truth is true for you, my Truth is true for me.
This does not make either of us wrong or right, just different
