I started smoking the Slim starter Vapor4Life set, which has only one battery. Due to this, I've been trying to contact Customer Service close to a week now, with not a single reply. The problem has gotten progressively worse that I can't vape, but maybe a couple times a day, when I'm lucky enough by chance try it lights up my manual battery. So throughout the day, I just try to push the really tough and difficult button to see if I can get a drag quickly. My fingers get all indented in, trying to push down hard because that's the only time I seem to get lucky enough for that chance it turns on. Is this covered under warranty since I received this set on Dec. 27th and haven't even used it for 2 weeks yet? I LOVE this item when it was working great in the beginning and wrote about in this forum at the noob section, "Roll call...introduce yourself" about how impressed I was w/my beginner E-cig. The problem went progressively worse w/the battery too that it only works (the rare times it does through the day) that now it will work only approximately 15-20 min. after the full charge. Weird, eh? Any suggestions? I have a ticket number & everything, as I went through the proper procedures to explain my issue to the company. Thank you for reading this.
