I need help!
I'm a noobie when it comes to e-cigarettes. I bought two stock models with 5 carts. Since about a week ago, my e-cig has been bugging out.
The first issue I had was with the battery, I have been trying to draw from it, but no vapor comes out. The battery lights up, but no vapor comes out of the carts. Keep in mind that I tested this with a fresh cart. I still have not been able to draw any vapor out since.
The second issue I had was that I was taking draws, but the battery felt clogged, and hard to hit. The battery would not light up. And I just continued to frustrate myself in trying to fix it. Anybody know what I should do to fix both issues?
Note - The e-cig has been on the charger and is not out of energy.
Hello, SupermanJohn, and welcome to the forums!
What equipment are you using exactly? Vaporking original batteries? Titans? Autos or Manuals? Are you using a tank? if so with which carto? Dual coil or Single? Are you using pre-filled cartos?
Your issue may be as simple as performing a "post raise" on your battery, or cleaning contacts. You may find the following link helpful:

If you are new to vaping, I would recommend this link as well:

and, as always, check out the new user's links...
Good luck, and I hope this helps!
SupermanJohn thanks for reaching out to us. First can you either tell me which batteries you ordered from us are causing the issue or email me the order number? My email is email@example.com. It sounds like you have been sent a faulty battery.

I would not suggest dismantling it John. Welcome to the forum btw :)
If you go to the YouTube channel that Darin provided there is a video on how to clean the batteries. You pretty much just clean the threads and post where the carto connects to the battery. One of the links will also show you how to do a post raise, which sounds like it might fix the batt you have that lights up but doesn't give you any vapor.
By any chance, are these automatic batteries?
Best of luck! Vaping is really awesome once you get the hang of it!

I had the same problem a few times, and learned to carry a couple of Q-tips around with me. Turned out, in my case, that some liquid got on the top of the battery where it connects, and caused trouble. I used the Q-tips to wipe it off and problem solved. YMMV, of course.
Another thing I did, was to screw the cartomizers on really tight, and that turned out to be a bad idea. I don't mean tight, I mean I did it like I was trying to win some sort of strong-man contest, with the result that I pushed the battery connector down into the battery. The technique of raising the post (which you already have as a link in previous posts) worked for me, and I learned to screw them on with greater care.
Vaping is great, and you'll get the hang of it. :-)
