So I'm wondering who come up with the "clever" new marketing program, whereby:
1. Vapor4Life sends out mailers about the wonderful promos you are having . . .
2. But, you craftily knock a whopping $1.25 off your popular items . . .
3. . . . So that when I visit the site, I found out that the great deals don't apply to the things I want.
Come on guys, that's a new strategy for you, and it sucks. Talk about disappointing and alienating your best customers. This should cease immediately. And whoever thought it up should be fired. Did they fail Marketing 101? Your customers are not idiots. They don't appreciate this.
Remember, for every 1 of me who speaks up, there are 10 of me who will just silently abandon you. Think about it.
