Hm, well Bham posted here on the 21st that the announcement was coming next week. That week came and went and they haven't said anything. Then they say they can't say anything until the "official" release but they posted about it on their website. It sounds like there is something very wrong to me.
It doesn't look amazing to me either but I was holding off to actually see all the details before I made my decision about it.
It's not that big of a deal to me and I already use 510 stuff but I still use Vapor4Life stuff and their juice. Anyway, I'm just rambling now.

I know many in the community are upset with the silence from the company. I want everyone rest assured that there is no issue with the batteries or any cause for worry. My apologies for hyping it up and remaining silent after. We plan to release the battery still and many of you have seen leaks from reviewers. We just want to prepare and make sure the release is perfect without any problems for the great community and family we have at Vapor4Life. Please, if anyone has any concerns or questions, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Glad to hear from you Brandon. I look forward to them being available. I plan on getting one for the passthrough and fast charging capabilities if nothing else.
Thanks, Brandon, that's great to hear!!!

Sounds good, hope they get released soon. Thanks for responding BHam.
thx for the update BH!
PS SO happy with auto DAV I don't even care ))))))))))))))))
Since I have already used the Zeus (prototype version) I have a little insight. The newer version appears smaller in diameter, yet is still the size of Swisher Sweet cigar. Lightweight, it does have great battery longevity and quick charging abilities. Unfortunately I consider the ability to go from manual to automatic about as exciting as a puff counter.
As for the new design it's difficult to tell how durable it is or how much abuse it can take. If what I have read and heard is correct it is a regulated 5v device. 3 years ago (Before VV) this would have been extremely attractive and would have probably gone head to head with other 5v devices (GLV comes to mind).
If I had one I would really want a 2.5 ohm Single Tank Carto for it or I would use the 3.0 Ohm STC or a 3.3 ohm Cool Carto. There are many juices in the Vapor4Life line up that just don't do well much above 10 watts and scorch. Using a 1.5 DCT would put you at 16w and even 2.0 Single Coil would put you at 12 watts.
Is there still an audience for 5v proprietary devices in a non-proprietary VV world? I guess price and time will tell........

Snow, sorry all your info and my comments sort of ran together, I don't know how to "fix" it.
