Now I know I am new to the forums and took a year off to go back to analogs, but for a year I was a loyal (auto correct says kayak) Vapor4Life vaper and have been here when the diamond or Titan series first came out. There was a good bit of waiting in that too and lots of us were all eagerly anticipating its release with bated breath (between vapes that is). Once the product launched many of us were blown away and it was worth it.
It's good business to get some people out there testing and giving feedback on a product before you release it or you will just have to release an upgraded version that much sooner to address customer feed back and your early adapters end up feeling ripped often. Throw in Chinese New Year and you get a bit more of a delay. It's just a bad time of year to get a lot of big shipments out of China. Hearing that some got to try prototypes or a review product does not mean its ready for full production or shipment.
I'm not saying that the frustration is unwarranted or unreasonable. I've felt it too dealing with a different company before I found Vapor4Life. I just felt the need to speak out because I love this company and what they do for people. I've worked with a lot of companies and am in charge of customer service for my company. My years working in retail have made me very sensitive to how companies treat their customers because i have to look these people in the eye.
It's rare to find a company that treats their customers like true friends and neighbors, it's even harder to find one that treats you like family. In my dealings with them, Vapor4Life does just that. So before you leave and start giving your business elsewhere, ask yourself if you really feel this is par for the course or just a bump in the road.
Sorry for the long post and thanks to those that read it.
