Here comes one of those embarrassingly basic questions, considering I've been here happily vaping for over a year
What exactly is meant by cutoff time? I know it's a safety feature that doesn't allow the coils to heat beyond x seconds, but under what circumstances does it come into play?
A manual battery is "on" only as long as you depress the button, right? So, I assume the cutoff on a correctly functioning manual would engage only if I depress the button steadily for longer than x seconds... What about if the button occasionally gets stuck, as I've had happen on a VK and a DAV (but never a Titan). Does the cutoff override the stuck button?
An auto battery is "on" only as you draw on it, yes? Can it ever get stuck "on"? Does the cutoff on an auto vary in any way from the manual?
