whatever, this is incredibly frustrating because my other smileomizer is starting to die down some, lose its vapor.. i'm positive this wasn't human error, but when i talked to them yesterday, they wanted me to.. send back the smileomizer.. and that's just as much as it is to buy it. no point in sending it back for a replacement, it's a small ordeal. If they were able to fix it, that'd be different, then I'd send it back, but that's not going to happen. The battery they sent me was defective too, but they fixed that. It was a dual-mode battery, black. works well. It's this smileomizer i should've been compensated for, but instead I had to buy it.
All of this stuff is A LOT of money. That's what is most frustrating about this. If I send in the smileomizer and they actually have a small black one for the Zeus to replace it with, then I'm willing to send it back if it is sent to me first like they did with the battery so I don't go without nicotine.. 2 1/2 years with no tobacco, I wanna keep it that way.. this is so frustrating, it's just unbelievable.
