Hi guys! Having a bit of a frustrating time with this. I know it's not your fault by any means, but I'm hoping you can shed a bit of light.
My friends that actually turned me on to your site placed an order a while ago...Not sure of the actual order date...but I do know that it landed in customs on the 9th of this month. Just last night, the status was updated to say that the shipment had left canada, and it seemed to be that customs has rejected the order from some reason and that it was being sent back to you guys...
So maybe to help the forum readers in general and to help out my buds, what happens in a situation like this? Do you try to resend the order? Are you able to get any more info as to why it was rejected, being that you are the shipper? Because they don't seem to tell the recipient much of anything other then the package is being returned.
The thing that I find weird is that he's received his shipments before, and so has his boss who turned my friend to your site, sometimes in less then 10 days.
What is Canada Customs problem?!?!? We just wanna vape a nice tasty product!!! lol
Sorry for being long winded, just wanted to get the info out so we don't have to go back and forth sharing so many details.
