Seriously VFL? I've been a faithful customer and enjoyed spreading the VFL gospel, turned many a smoker on to your site. I sent an email to CS explaining the very rare, nothing to be too alarmed about incident of an overheated and flaming Titan, and just got another sent to me as replacement...but why do I have to pay for the return shipping??? At the very least i shouldn't have to pay for MY inconvenience.
At same time I sent an email stating my new (1 week old) Zeus wasn't charging... as with the other 3 Titans that were faulty (I bought ALOT for friends, some were faulty, no biggie) you promptly sent me a replacement Zuess although i now want to just return the Zeus for complete money back, not a replacement...just dont want to risk this one flaming on me...plus its too huge to carry around.
I'm just a little peeved that along with the risk of having this blow up in my face (averted), it was just handled so flippantly... You have my info.
