Wow, I am really kind of taken aback. I can't count the number of times I've read about the wonderful customer service of Vapor4Life, but the first time I run into a problem (my package has gone *poof* after it was shipped from Vapor4Life) and boy did I get no help at all. She didn't even ask my name or order number or offer to look up the order in question...all I got was "that's a problem between you and your post office." When I asked if there was a way in the future to not have to pay for priority mail since the package gets lost anyway I was offered the option of paying $23 for express priority mail. What a disappointment. Guess it's off to greener pastures..if anyone can recommend an alternative supplier, please pm me, you all are always great and helpful.
