I've been vaping and lurking on the forum for some time. Have learned lots of info (thank you!). Had a question though so though it was time to join.
Im sending my Dad to the smokeless lounge to pick me up a couple bottles of juice before he comes to my house this weekend. Told a lil lie, told my Dad that because of the holiday my shipment wont get here in time. More then likely my shipment will get here as long as Post office doesnt play games with my package.
Reason is, I know if i can get my dad in the door, he will make the switch from analogs. Hes always asking me questions about my Vapor4Life batteries, tanks, etc. Hes not that gadget or tech friendly though. So my question is, do you all do more then just sell the products - know what i mean? Will you walk him though on how to use, refill, etc? Hes lives pretty close to Vapor4Life, where as im an hour and half away. I wont beable to just run over to his house and help him if he has problems or questions. He would be able to drive over to Vapor4Life for help though, if you all offer that kind of support?
Ms. ytsirhC yes they do. All the people at the lounge are willing and able to walk him through everything. It's a big part of what they do. Tell him to ask for Scott sir (though most likely he'll be the one greeting him). Guy truly knows his stuff and will make his transition as easy as possible.
I don't think you really need to be that gadget friendly for e-cigs, you can make it as easy or hard as you want, my wife is terrible with gadgets and tech stuff, but she is filling her own carts, and even if don't want that trouble, can just get pre-filled carts, which really couldn't get much easier, but as he is close to the lounge, he is really lucky and has a lot more support than most.

I know once hes shown how to do something it not a problem. He needs to See it to do it though. I just didn't want him getting frustrated that he couldnt figure something out, then giving up before even giving it a go.

Wow.. how great that he can go to the lounge for hands on instructions! I know they will take good care of him and you will have a convert on your hands!! WTG on your little "lie" to get him in there!
Just to echo much of what was said, Scott, Kevin and Dan are all very capable of walking through new vapers through everything they need to know. Just a tidbit, the average "transaction" in the Lounge take 45min-1.5hours because we sit down and take the time to explain as much as we possibly can to anyone who wants to start vaping :).
I wish I had the opportunity to visit the smokeless lounge when I first started with Vapor4Life (or even now).... but thanks to this forum.... I have learned so much!

Spoke to my dad tonight and passed all the info over to him ... kinda. Lol. Told him to go this week when he has a free hour + to hang out and browse at the lounge and check out all they have to offer sense he will be there anyway. He said cool and to email him the info(store address, etc). I had to laugh, cause my grandma (his mom) checks his emails for him sense he refuses to use a computer. Silly man.
