ok two ENTIRELY different questions that i would appreciate some help with. you guys were very helpful in troubleshooting a battery that went bad on me so i came back for a little more help.
first of all, i have a (regular length i think) auto titan battery that has always worked well for me. the other day i was using it and i noticed quickly that the LED on the end would not turn off even after i stopped puffing on it. naturally i very quickly took the cartomizer off of it and watched it. it did not heat up at all and took quite a while for it to finally fade out, this im assuming was the battery getting "stuck" on. (i read somewhere this can be caused by Eliquid getting into the seal on the battery?) so first of all, is there a way to repair this if that is what happened? and if so what is the best way to go about doing it? (i also read i could soak the connector end of the battery in rubbing alcohol - didnt see that here though so i wanted to double check!) if we dont think that is the problem, what else can i do to diagnose the issue? and as a final detail, after a couple of days i plugged the auto battery into a wall charger and the LED light didnt even blink to indicate charging, so i unplugged it and it has been sitting ever since.
and SECOND question, i feel like i must be doing something wrong with my cartomizers. i have been refilling them, and i realize that how much i use them will obviously be the greatest influence on how long they last, but ive been seeing a lot of people say they last for weeks and im lucky to get maybe a half of a day out of them. i vape for about the duration of a typical cigarette, maybe 10 times per day. now i have never cleaned any of them, didnt know that even existed until about 10 minutes ago, so when i do that can i also soak those in rubbing alcohol for a bit of time? (reason i would like to use rubbing alcohol and not water is simply for drying time purposes). but on another note, i have refilled a few of them probably, 15-20 times without cleaning and the flavor, amount of vapor, and amount of liquid they absorb seems to all be about the same just like when they were brand new blanks/used up prefilled carts. most of the videos i have watched only mention refilling 5-10 times if you take care of them well. i watched a few videos today and seemed to get a lot of conflicting information.
any help you guys can offer to clear up my noobie questions would be much appreciated as always, and yes i know more batteries is never a bad thing (im going to order 1 or two more in just a moment)
