Thought I'd mention
...my very first Vapor4Life order..
I purchased juice and a battery.
Since I am switching companies, I was concerned with compatability. So, within an hour of placing my order, I called back to cancel the battery. (until I was 100% it was compatible)
The woman told me it was cancelled, and I was all set.
Well...when I received my first order, there was a battery. It was exactly what I had ordered/cancelled. (save for the led color)
I called back again, to ask. The man assured me it was cancelled, and said 'worse case scenario, you got a free battery'.
And I thought, hey cool!!
I tried it with my carts, a perfect fit.
So, i placed my second order...a charger, more juice, and some blank carts.
I received that order today...
Well, as much as I hate to complain about something free....and FYI.
The battery does not work. It was on the charger until green..so, this baby is charged. But nothing. It will not work with a cart.
However, if it has nothing screwed on it, sucking makes the led light up....
So, must be a free defective battery? Lol.
I am confused Heidi. Didn't you say that you bought blanks? Were they not from Vapor4Life? Most everything Vapor4Life sells is 808 threaded and is compatible with each other.
As for the battery, sounds like it needs a post raise. Have you tried that?
Yes, sounds like it could be it needs the post raised. Otherwise I'd suspect the carto unless you've tried it with more than one with the same result.
Thanks for posting the video, however, my battery does not have a hole in the center...
Yes, I bought blanks from Vapor4Life. None of them work. I tried several carts from my other company....nada.
The led goes out after a couple seconds.
Also, I tried it in the charger again...it needs charging already. I didn't use it, as I couldn't use it....I just tried it around 9-10 times with no success....
Heidi, can you send me the order number for that free batt :)? I'll do what I can to get you a replacement. Don't worry about it.
Heidi, the batteries post should not have a hole in the center. I think these are all sealed batteries now. However, the post can still be adjusted. Just gently pry up on it on one side then do the same on the opposite side. Now attatch a cart and see if it makes a proper connection.
+1 to what CrueL sir said. :)
Me and the wife both have a titan auto battery, and they both have a hole in the middle of the post, is small, but does have a hole in it, they are only a few months old.
Oh, thought they did away with that.. I was just guessing as I don't own one. Well regardless, hole or not, they can still be adjusted.
