Hi, I recieved my first ecig two days ago and it was working just fine. But just this morning, the LED light is stuck in the on position, and stays there for about 10-15 seconds or so, even though I'm not holding the button down. I sent a support ticket and requested an RMA number to get it exchanged for another since I don't know what I possibly could have done to do this since it's pretty much brand new. But is there possibly a fix to this problem so I don't have to wait to exchange it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
