Making an exchange
Hi, I recently had requested an RMA number through the support ticket system to exchange my faulty Vapor Titan Battery. Now instead of waiting, would I just be able to make the drive over to the Smokeless Lounge in Northbrook in person? It's only like a 40 minute drive from me, and I'd rather get some buds who may need some products to carpool with me instead of paying to ship the broken one back, and get a new one shipped.
Don't think that would be a problem, just call CS and make sure they not already sent out your replacement, if they haven't just ask them to cancel it, but I am just guessing, so double check with CS or BHam 1st. Your lucky you can got to the lounge, would love to visit there.
That sounds like a great idea! +1 to Nailz though, you may want to let them know you're coming so you don't get one shipped to you.
