Had leftover beef stew tonight. Sunday I brought out the crock pot, chopped up an onion, celery, carrots and tossed it in. Then added spicy stewed tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, corn, a can of beef broth, and lots of stew meat. Oh and had to add a bunch of different seasoning too. Always have to add kayan pepper to my stew. After 9 hours of cooking, I threw in some peas, and made buttery dinner rolls to go with it.
