I placed my first order with Vapor4Life on 7/24/13 which consisted of:
- Traditional Tobacco Nobacco Juice (30 ml)
- Cuban Cigar Nobacco Juice (30 ml)
- VG Triple Nickel WOW Vapor Juice (30 ml)
- Oasis Nobacco Juice (30 ml)
- Pomegranate Nobacco Juice (30 ml)
On 7/27/13 I received 4 bottles of no flavor juice (everything arrived except the Pomegranate). I called them and told them, they sent me a bottle of no flavor Pomegranate.
I called them again and told them "hey! it's great how fast you ship but you have now sent me 5 bottles with NO flavor". They said "we can't guarantee that everyone will like the flavors and for that reason, there are no exchanges and no refunds. I said "if it DID have flavor, I wouldn't complain but it just FEELS like PG/VG juice with Nicotine, no flavor". They responded "sir, due to policy, we cannot guarantee everyone will like our flavors and ..." blah blah blah. Yea.
I explained that I even let it steep for 5 days and nothing they said "our juices are pre-mixed, blended and steeped so there is no need for steeping". So dig the hole deeper for yourselves! After some more explaining that NO flavor means NO flavor, they suggested steeping for a few more days. Really?
Ok so now it's been 9 days and still the juices taste exactly the same. Very thick juice, slight Nicotine hit and NO flavor! All of the juices have the same color, same viscosity. They insist that their juices are made at THEIR factory in China (which I would not have ordered if I had known that, I don't vape Chinese juices due to quality control problems). So now, I have these juices which are useless to me as they have no flavor.
I have ordered from Johnson Creek, Easy Vapors, Mad Vapes, Ion Vapor, DIY Flavor Shack, and now Vapor4Life and honestly, all other places I have ordered from, at least their juices had some sort of flavor, if not amazing flavor. I am not new to ordering juices, I only read great things about Vapor4Life juices and was willing to take a shot. Sure enough, even my friend who suggested I give them a shot was extremely disappointed with what I had received and he even said "I don't know what they sent you but you should call them, don't email them, call them and tell them that there is NO flavor in the juice. See if they will even send you small bottles of the flavoring so that you can at least steep it to maturity". Of course, Vapor4Life had no intention of providing even the slightest level of consideration.
On a side note, they offered a 1-time return for store credit, but they will not guarantee the replacement juice will be any different because they "cannot guarantee that every person likes their flavors" - blah blah blah all over again. If they had 510 or eGo accessories, at least I could use the store credit for something useful. But no. Honestly Vapor4Life, it would be best to just send the flavor juices and get this over with.
Lastly I told them that I will certainly rate their juices accordingly in the reviews. They advised me that reviews are heavily moderated and the chances are that my reviews would not be published. Oh, so honesty is NOT the best policy?
Shame on you Vapor4Life. Shame.
