Vapor4Life customer service is awesome. Had button stuck zeus batt. Submitted ticket, 2 1/2 days later have new zeus batt!
Question: In last correspondence from Vapor4Life(that contained a RMA# already) it said I would receive an email after deliver of replacement with RMA # for shipping broken one back and that particular email That I receive after I get the replacement, is to be included with the return.
Does this make sense as I've typed it, I hope so cuz I really need more coffee.
