Hi! I just got my first manual DAV (medium, Cigar) in the mail this morning and I think it's defective. The knurled knob doesn't turn smoothly like my automatic DAV's, it kind of grinds and the manual pushbutton rattles because it's loose. Is this normal? I have automatic DAVs, a Zeus, some Titans and surprisingly, my most satisfying draw and hit is still with my manual XL Titan and 3.5ml tank! It's just amazing right off a charge but I chain vape and it doesn't last long enough for me! I was hoping this manual DAV would give me that same satisfying draw and hit but with a longer battery life.
Since I have to return this battery anyway, here's what I would like to do if at all possible. If the loose button is indeed a defect on this battery, I would like to switch this cigar color for a blue one and wait to get the cigar color in a small Zeus next month. If all of the manual DAVs have a loose button (can't imagine), then I'll just go ahead and pay the difference for a small Zeus now. Even though the battery is usable and I love it already, the sound of the loose button rattling everytime I pick it up is just annoying and the knob feels like it may break soon. I brag about Vapor4Life way too much to let anyone see this! Please let me know, I wanted to check here before opening a ticket on the website. Thanks!!!
