I got some defective carts from my second order. I contacted customer support and they told me how I could try to repair them myself. I told them I wasn't sure I was doing it right and they told me "read my previous email slower" and went on to say they don't cover carts. So, now I am worried because I just dropped over $100 earlier today on Vapor4Life products. So, if I get bad carts I am just out of luck?
Are there any companies out there that cover all their products?
