Thanks BHam! I didn't get an e-mail but I checked my account and can see the replacement for two Smileomizers. Do you think it was an issue with the Smileomizers or the Battery? Would just hate for it to be the battery and waste two more smileomizers. Regardless I really appreciate the the customer service and getting any kind of replacement headed my way, just hope it was a fluke and can finally start enjoying my Zeus proper!
