i've noticed some people who are unsure about vaping in public, partially due to not knowing how people will take it. well, let's start with where it's legal: i found this article which lists most (if not all) of the places that have restricted sales/"smoking" of e-cigarettes. the list is handy, but as for the rest of the information, you may want to consider the source. especially the part where the ever-so-venerable senator lautenberg (please sense my sarcasm) raves that these must be taken off the market because they might cause cancer... as opposed to the array of benefits one might receive from analogs.
basically, the arguments against the ecigs amounts to, "we don't know what they could do." you'd think maybe some of these governmental types would have a bit more fire and brimstone for the analogs... you know, the ones where we know what they can do. i'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they make way more money off us when we're smoking analogs.
happy vaping, folks.
