I am not one to usually complain, but I am starting to have a problem here. In the past two weeks, either my friends or myself have placed orders and they have shown up incorrect and incomplete. My most recent order my friend and I placed a decent sized order, two EGO kits, a tank, two juices and a battery. The order showed up with what looked to be a used slim charger that appeared to go with one EGO kit, the other EGO kit didn't have it's tank or the charger, one of the juices was missing as well. My previous order was for Beach Bum, and a Banana Breeze showed up instead. A dead battery that won't charge showed up in a previous order as well. The good is that I ordered the wrong batteries and when I called into Customer Service the young lady happily offered to send out the ones I needed and told me to make sure I returned the other ones so I didn't get charged for the replacements. That was great customer service, but they haven't shown up yet. I only bring that up because that exchange took place the same day the EGO order previously mentioned was ordered. That has arrived, but the batteries still haven't shown up.
I have turned a lot of people onto Vapor4Life in the past month or so, three co-workers and my Brother in Law.
I am sure that things will be made right when I call in the morning, but that is beside the point. One incorrect order is one thing, but three in one month is way too much, I have to wonder what kind of Quality Control is in place.
