I flew out of Houston Hobby a couple of months ago with no problems, I had Vapor4Life juice, carts and a PCC in my carryon. I did vape in the airport bathroom too, it's interesting, some people don't smell the vapor at all, other people think it smells like incense or pastries.

I am flying out tomorrow from Birmingham AL to St. Louis. It shall be interesting to see how my eGo makes it through. I wasn't going to take it, but have found I can't live without it. I shall use my stick batts for the trip, but can't wait to stay in my non-smoking hotel room with my best big green smoking machine by my side! No more running through the hotel lobby in my bathrobe at 6 am It is a huge hotel and that is never a pretty sight!
MysticOne - Welcome to the Lou!!! How long are you in town?
No one blinked an eye when I cleared my carryon and purse through security. I wimped out at the last moment and didn't bring the green eGo. Really sorry right now as I don't think it would have caused me any problems and I certainly miss it.
So you are from St Louis?
Yes I am. Make sure you go to the top in a VERY SMALL pod. The view is amazing! Try to check out the 360 restaurant/bar on the top floor of the Hilton. Cool view of ballpark and stl. DD says it's a fun place too. (360 is the name of the place btw)
I recently flew and at every terminal, I vaped like I usually do, making no point to hide it. No one questioned me, but my friend said I received some looks. I never smoked on the plane while next to people, out of simple courtesy. The same way I don't vape in non-smoking homes; their airspace is their airspace. I did note that on one flight, it specifically stated on the card in the backseat that electronic cigarettes were not allowed. I took a gamble on a sparse, 5-6 a.m.-ish flight, where most people around me were asleep, and I had a good empty seat next to me between another person who was engaged in activity on their computer. I stealthily vaped that flight, and no one seemed to notice. I vaped everywhere when I was in Vegas, as smoking is really everywhere there. Most people thought I was chewing on a pen, so that may work to the stealth vaping advantage.
