Indeed you raise a few valid points and observations along with a few not-so-realistic suggestions. Allow me to answer your one question, the difference between the newest Vapor Titan batteries with the Velvet Finish and the recently new Diamond Series Manual batteries. Here is the difference.....the Velvet Finish on the tubes.
I agree, the website has become a little overwhelming which is clearly a sign of growing pains. Personally I would like to see a phase out of all of the Standard series batteries, toss them into the Bargain Bin and be done with them.
When it comes to "waiting" for Vapor4Life to carry tanks and refusing to purchase them from another vendor... well that level of loyalty is simply a personal choice. To be honest I'm not quite sure what that has to do with Vapor4Life at all. If an item is not available from my No. 1 vendor, but is at my No. 2 vendor...then my No. 2 vendor is going to get my business...but hey, that's just me. I also shop at different stores for my consumer products too.
As for the USA Flavors, those are available in 7 ml samplers at $6.50 per bottle. Hit a good sale and those are basically a steal for 7 mls of juice. Unlike the factory in China, Vapor4Life is geared to reselling and simply cannot afford the time, equipment, and man hours to fill, label, and repackage USA flavors as prefilled cartomizers.
In the same token, the idea of selecting "free samples" or customizing pack orders is certainly doable. However the price for your batteries would need to escalate by 100-200% in order to accomodate such a request.
One can only imagine the nightmare this would create for customer service. "Well 4 out of the 5 cartomizers I requested were correct, but the 1 Wow Peppermint 18 I received should have been 24."
Don't get me wrong, we are all on the same team and I don't view what you have shared as being a complaint per se. I think you have some valid points and shared observations. On the other hand I also think you have a few ideas that are simply unrealistic when it comes to Vapor4Life's business model and some of your expectations.
XL battery cases....how long have you read..."Ya ya..we are working on it" kinda like the Mod. I have been around a little over a year and half and I know I have read it ever since I started. So....let's say they came out with an XL Case....it would already be outdated. Why? Because there was a point where Vapor4Life sold XL batteries but didn't carry Drip Tips.
So...now they have to make a new longer case...so let's say they make an even longer case to accomodate the extra length XLs with a Drip Tip. Uh oh, now that case is outdated. Why? Because what if I want to carry my new even longer XL VT batteries a Drip Tip. Okay, so now they are onto Version III of the new XL carrying case the only problem is....it's now outdated. After all how can I carry my new XL VT batteries with my Tank and a Drip Tip.
The old cases were easy, mass produced sold by everybody KR and would accomodate 66% of the battery product lines ie regulars and shorties. Simply waiting for Vapor4Life to buy a trainload of cases...let's say camera cases or diabetes cases, sew a Vapor4Life logo on it, mark it up by 1000% seems like a little loyalty overkill and not very flexible on the consumer side.
Again, please don't be offended, like I said we really are on the same team. I am only sharing my views on the subject matter as I see them. I think in the near future there will be changes made to the website along with improvements in content when it comes to product differences and descriptions. I also believe that there are many products which exist today at your local store that could be used in a dual purpose fashion for your vaping needs.
