Ok, I know this is going to be very long, but I think I should bring some things to the Vapor4Life team's attention. I have been using Vapor4Life for about two yrs (not sure why my order history doesnt show past 2011) and I have to say that there have been big changes since then (new website, batteries, forum addition, carts, etc), but there are some problems that are very frustrating. I feel vapor4life is a great company and have treated me extremely well. I am loyal and even hand out biz cards left and right so dont get me wrong, this is only to help improve a company I have faith in. When a new product comes out I am usually confused on what the differences are, for example I had to find my answers regarding the difference between 1.5 ohm, 2.0 ohm single coil tanks vs the dual coil. Another example: Titan batteries diamond manual vs diamond series manual, still not sure what the diff is besides the soft touch and non leak issue with the autos, but nothing on the manual, why would they cost so much more for just a soft touch. The last question may not be answered (why it costs more) other than soft touch, but it should be in the info. I highly suggest a comparison chart of all the products and more educational info to help the buyer make the right decision for themselves. On Vapor4Life forum, I learned through a member the math behind dual coil, ohms, and volts of the battery and she compared it to the carts (cool carts, wow carts etc), she basically broke it down like this; if u prefer more flavor and less TH then go with cool carts and the reg batts, people who prefer greater TH go with the diamond and dual coil or wow carts and gave pros and cons the reg with cool carts gave a longer batt life vs people who want HUGE TH will not get as much flavor and sacrifice batt life. I honestly think this info should be extremely easy to access and user friendly. I have been handing out Vapor4Life cards left and right and they always have question including my suggestions, there is alot to know about ecigs and at first it was simple to direct them to the site, now Ive noticed people are already overwhelmed when they start asking me the diff, they usually say, "wow, sounds complicated" and I usually have to break it down so they arent overwhelemed. Its hard enough to get people to switch simply because of the convenience factor, the info and products should be the last thing they are deterred by. There should be a "what ecig is right for you" guide/comparison and a better explanation of the ALL the products like MORE specs and compatibility. I have wanted a tank for awhile and even asked Vapor4Life if they will get one. Way before they released their own, when I ordered, I had to call customer service (i never call, only order online), because the info stated ARE compatible with diamond series, vgo, etc, but I couldnt figure out if they were compatible with the originals (the ones before the diamond/stealth). The rep told me they will not work with them and I would have to use the diamond series, i then asked if they are compatible with the passthrough and said they should be powerful enough, but when I received them, they didnt work with the passthrough (cant figure out why since they should be about the same voltage but who knows since its not in the info). Also, there arent any cases for the diamonds but there appears to be one for the kit, I had to search walmart and settle eyeglass case to hold both my 3.5ml tank and a few batts (quite frustrating). Another suggestion, make samples available for ALL flavors at little or no cost, maybe the option to request samples of each of the carts desired and pay the 10 bucks to have 5 carts or charge by the cart. When I first started Vapor4Life, I asked if there was a way to make your own sample pack, but that was not an option at the time and still isnt. I cant begin to tell you how many carts/bottles I have laying around that I couldnt stand. 10 bucks is alot when you purchase on a reg basis. The USA flavors, ordered like 4 or 5 of them and hate them all. I feel like I wasted whatever I paid for them and wish I could exchange for some more wowboy. I don't go through any other mfg/vendor, even when the tanks werent available from Vapor4Life, i just waited it out instead of purchasing from another vendor. In the end, a comparison chart and a very inexpensive way to try out flavors is the main points I would like to bring to the Vapor4Life team. I understand that every user has different preferences, what I consider great TH might be weak for others and so on, but a general guide could help (a clause can also be included at the bottom of this guide too). I hope this advice (if implemented) will increase sales and make it easier for both veteran and new customers and with this I picture a world were anyone can run down to their local gas station and purchase whatever for ecigs and Vapor4Life will be a brand as recognized as Marlboro or Newport.
