I am looking for some insight on what ohm carto to use in my 6ml tank with pure VG. I have a pretty bad allergy to PG, so have switched to VG.
I have been using a 2ohm single coil carto in my tank, which on the Zeus, will be vaped at 5v. I get a very heavy vapor with this setup and the wick is very prone to burning, due to I believe it cooking off the VG so fast. In fact, I am getting a too much vapor with this setup and would like to reduce it. It is also a little hotter than I really want.
I am wondering if switching to either a 3 ohm single coil at 5 volts or to a 2.5 ohm dual coil at 4.4v will help with either issue?
Brooks, I don't have a Zeus, cuz I find 5v too much for me. I use the DAV's, mostly around 4.2v, and the 3.0 ohm single coil in my tanks, and I find it to be the perfect setup. Would suggest either buying some 3.0 carts, and/or a DAV, and see if that helps. Let us know how it works out.
