Our phone support hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-8PM CST. We have experienced product experts standing by to answer any questions you may have. Also you can place an order by phone or check the status of an existing order. We also have a support ticket system available if you prefer, or if it is after hours. All support tickets are answered with 24 hours on business days.


Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS. Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail which normally takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Shipping is $6.95 for domestic orders under $100 and $9.95 for domestic orders over $100. We also offer USPS Express Mail for $26.95 that delivers next day to most addresses. Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and the cost is $25. Orders to the rest of the world are shipped via USPS First Class International and the cost is $25.

We try to have all orders shipped within 24 hours during the business week. If you place your order on Friday (after 1PM), Saturday, or Sunday the order will ship on Monday.


Order Status

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email notification from us that your order has been placed. When the order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account at any time and check the order status.
