Longest Lasting Disposable E-Cigs
Disposable E-Cigs are the easiest way to vape. They require no charging, filling or swapping of pods. All you need to do is open the packaging and puff away. Thanks to their use of potent nic salts, they also provide a satisfying experience for adult vapers and ex-smokers alike. The use of nic salt e-liquid allows for an incredibly smooth throat hit and crystal clear flavors from an e-cig ranging from 2 to about 4 inches in length.
Next to ease of use, the biggest feature of disposable ecigs is that they are still available in the e-juice flavors that adults prefer.
The reason Vapor4Life carries so many disposable vape brands is because there is tremendous overlap between the flavor lineups of different disposable e-cig manufacturers. If your favorite mango disposable ecig is out of stock, you have a choice of as many as a dozen viable vaping alternatives. In some cases, the flavor profiles are indistinguishable and you just may find you like the taste of the rival ecig better.
Longest Lasting Disposable Vapes
The biggest drawback of disposable vapes is that they are disposable and when compared to the logical alternative, a 30ml bottle of nic salts and a refillable vape pod kit. Although many disposable vapes use one of two designs, either a stick style disposable like the 4 inch Puff Bar or a mini vape like the sub 3 inch Stig, a number of manufacturers are creating disposable e-cigs with larger ejuice capacities and longer battery life.
Here is our rundown of the best high e-liquid capacity disposable e-cigs on the market today. Puff counts can be a bit optimistic to say the least and depend entirely on how long your average inhale is. E-Liquid capacity is much better indicator as disposables generally have very similar coils resistances and in many cases are almost identical in hardware. But there are some heavy weight outliers and we will take a look at the contenders.
Longest Lasting Disposable E-Cigs of 2020
- • Posh Plus XL
- • Sea Air
- • Puff Plus
- • Posh Plus
- • Puff Flow
- • Zaero Disposable
The massive Posh Plus XL is over twice as large as the already formidable Posh Plus. The nic strength is 6 percent and the ejuice capacity of the XL is 5ml. We are fast approaching the peak for disposable size with that much ejuice. The next step seems to be a 30ml ejuice bottle affixed to an autodraw ecig.
Despite the ever escalating disposable vapes ejuice capacity arms race, the size of the Posh Plus XL does not end up being a drawback. It has some heft to it but is not particularly long, at less than 4 and a half inches. As a nod to its long life, it comes with a cap to keep debris out of the mouthpiece. If you are worried about flavor fading near the end of the 5ml capacity, the Posh Plus XL does seem to be a durable design capable of generating great taste until the end.
One note, the original Posh Plus was a sleek cylindrical design but the light at the base, fashioned to look like the ember of a cigar, always struck me as a bit crude. Apparently bold lights at the base are a new Posh trademark because the XL takes it step further. There is a flashing LED light that is activated when you inhale. In the shape of the Posh Logo, it flashes between red, orange, purple, blue and perhaps a few other color variants from the moment you inhale until you stop.
There is no way to turn it off, this is a device with no buttons or ability to be recharged. I did not find it so bright as to be distracting. But this device is not compliant with 1940 Battle of Britain blackout rules.
With a credit shape akin to Suorin Air Plus, the Sea Air is approximately the size of a couple of stacked credit cards and is incredibly convenient to carry and use. Packed inside of this slender form are 2.6ml of ejuice. This is exactly twice the capacity of its stablemate the Sea Stix. Although there have been larger disposables introduced since the Sea Air first debuted, this is still one of the best high e-liquid capacity disposable e-cigs on the market. The flavor is tremendous, it is very reliable and the 450mAh battery provides more than enough juice to work its way through the enlarged nic salt ejuice capacity.
The Hyppe Bar Disposable is almost indistinguishable from a Puff Bar. The device is basically identical, the logo is quite similar, they have the same ejuice capacity (1.3ml) and same nic strength. There is even a ton of overlap in the flavor department.
So how is a Hyppe Bar ever to break out of the admittedly formidable shadow of Puff Bar. Their flavors are certainly comparable but there isn’t much room for improving on the flavor of a Puff Bar. But where there is room to stick out is in the area of ejuice capacity.
Enter the Hyppe Max. This is a massive disposable vape. It holds 5ml of ejuice, larger than many box mod tanks, and has a nic strength of 5 percent. A big, burly 650mAh battery is hooked into this cylindrical disposable to make sure the large reservoir of nic salts do not go to waste.
But gargantuan size does not make a disposable ecig great. Flavor and satisfaction is what matters. The Hyppe Bar max delivers big time. These are smooth nic salts and in the flavors that adult vapers prefer. Determining who has the best disposable is largely subjective. But objectively, determining the biggest is a lot easier. And it is the Hyppe Bar Max.
Puff Bar Disposable Vapes are one of the hottest products in vaping. With spot-on flavors and time-tested disposable e-cig technology, they are perfect for adult vapers who previously used prefilled vape pods like the Juul and also ex-smokers looking for an easy to use e-cig that does not require filling with a bottle of e-liquid. The Puff Bar Plus is a jumbo sized Puff Bar. It holds 3.2ml of ejuice, a huge increase over the 1.3ml nic salt ejuice capacity of a standard Puff Bar. It also has a longer lasting battery and comes in the most popular Puff Bar flavors. A win-win, it may cost a bit more but delivers tremendous bang for your buck.
There are a surprising number of differences between the Puff Plus Disposable Vape and Puff Flow. Although both are made by the makers of Puff Bar, the Puff Flow is a premium device whereas the Puff Bar Plus is more of jumbo-sized Puff Bar. What does this difference mean in practice? The Puff Flow is considerably larger than the Puff Plus in terms of e-liquid capacity. It holds 4.0ml versus 3.2ml. Both dwarf the original Puff Bar’s 1.3ml capacity. The Puff Flow also comes with an adjustable airflow. This is a technological innovation not even found on all refillable vape pod kits and makes the Puff Flow a truly premium disposable e-cig. In terms of flavors, the Puff Bar Plus recycles classic Puff Bar flavors but the Puff Flow has an entirely unique flavor lineup.
The Posh Plus was one of the first disposables to break the mold. Before its arrival, most disposables were either mini vapes like the Stig or stick style disposable e-cigs like the Puff Bar. The Posh Plus adopted a cylindrical form factor. This allowed for a much larger battery and a greater ejuice capacity as well. It is a very efficient design, looking for all the world like a classic eGo cartomizer when broken open and it seems to deliver far more Puffs than you would expect, even when factoring in its measurably greater capacity for nic salt e-liquids. The Posh Plus has a nic strength of 6 percent and holds 2ml of ejuice.
The Posh Plus has since entirely superseded the original Posh Disposable Vape and comes in a huge selection of flavors. The only jarring feature is the bizarre, faux-cigarette ember on the end. Otherwise, it is a sleek, graceful and high-performing disposable and easily one of the best in its class.
The Zaero only manages to just make the cut in this contest, as it is a traditional stick style disposable. But its unusually high e-liquid capacity of 1.8ml merits inclusion. More importantly, it is available in four nic strengths and eight great flavors. If you are looking for lower nicotine disposable e-cigs, it is one of your only choices. The only other options are Cali Bar and Puff Bar, but they hold significantly less e-juice, 1.3ml. The Zaero delivers great flavor and flexibility. It is a little out of its weight class here but is still a worthy option. Especially as it is a top performer in the category of bang for your buck.
